Satujaya Homes Sdn Bhd was incorporated on July 1991. This subsidiary is intended to be a specialist homebuilder. It has been negotiating with foreign companies in U.S.A and Australia to bring in new building technologies in design, build, prefabricated methods, industrial building systems and others. Currently, it has also ventured into being a construction agent, which involves in the revival of abandoned or problem projects. This work involves project audit, planning, refinancing, relaunch and construction.

Satujaya Bina Sdn Bhd is 51% owned by Satujaya and 49% by Yayasan Negeri Sembilan (YNS). The purpose of this subsidiary is to seek property development opportunities in Negeri Sembilan through its partner, YNS. Currently, SBSB is a dormant company.


Satujaya Project Sdn Bhd
Satujaya Project Sdn Bhd is set up to manage the property development aspect of the group through joint venture with land owners as well as project management services. With this set up, the group can provide "one step" services for its clients.
