WONG HA (PATRICK)
Patrick Wong is the founder and prime-mover of Satujaya Sdn. Bhd. His experiences in the construction industry are closely related and influenced by his direct involvement with one of the largest Japanese Construction companies in Malaysia – Kajima Corporation. He has been the Managing Director of Satujaya Sdn Bhd since its inception in 1986 and has hands-on experiences in all construction-related business activities like revival of abandoned projects, project implementation and project development. He has vast experience in various types of construction works, including civil and structural works for low and high-rise commercial, industrial and residential dwellings and all related infra-structural works. Other related trades include finishing works like stone and mill works, ID works and specialized roofing trades.

Patrick Wong is a staunch believer in quality works and to complete works ahead of time. There are many examples of projects undertaken by him which have been completed ahead of schedule to the total satisfaction of clients. He has been solely responsible for guiding and directing the path of Satujaya Sdn Bhd from that of a sub-contractor to what it is today; a company with full resource capabilities to handle and undertake all types of construction works of any value. Patrick Wong, in wanting to pursue quality in the works, has insisted that Satujaya Sdn Bhd be ISO 9002 compliant. He sits on the Board of a Public-Listed Company and several other companies. He is currently the President of the Master Builders Association Malaysia.. For his contribution and service to the industry, he was conferred the title of Kesatria Mangku Negara (K.M.N.).

DATO’ HAJI YUSUF @ MOHD YUSUF BIN HAJI KAMARI
Dato’ Haji Yusuf @ Yusuf bin Haji Kamari joined the Civil Service in 1957 and retired as the post of Deputy Director of Land and Mines of Wilayah Persekutuan in 1992. During his tenure in the Land Office, he has acquired vast knowledge in the fields of Land Laws and Land Management and for his contribution to society, he has been decorated with two (2) meritorious medals ( PKT in 1988 and PJK in 1974 ) and three (3) state and federal awards ( AMN in 1990, SMP in 1985 and AMP in 1984 ). Currently, he is a director of about 15 companies and acts as an advisor to the Company. For the services rendered during his tenure in the Government Service, he was awarded the Darjah Dato’ Paduka Mahkota Perlis by his Royal Highness the Raja Perlis on 25th August 1998, an award which carries the title of Dato’.

CHARLES GOH
Charles Goh is a graduate of Malaysian Military College (1965) and subsequently obtained his Higher Diploma in Human Resources Management and Business Management from the United States Army Ordnance Academy, Maryland, USA (1972). He served the Malaysian Armed Forces for 26 years and retired in 1988. After retirement, he was involved in various business activities in Senior Management positions and these activities include Property Development, Trading, HR Management & Development and Management Consultancy. Currently, he is an Director in Satujaya Sdn Bhd. He is also in the Board of Directors of numerous other companies that are engaged in varied activities including manufacturing, property investment and development, investment holdings, trading and management services.

MICHAEL YAP KOK WAI
General  Manager

Mr Michael Yap joined the Group in 1990. Prior to his joining, he had 11 extensive years, as a site and Project Manager in the field of construction involving building and plant construction and remedial works for notable clients such as Lever Brothers, Sime Type International, Food Specialisties, PKNS AND JKR. Under his stewardship, some of the group’s most prestigious project such as Matsushita TV, Sony Video, Sumitomo Electric, Pioneer Technology and 125 units bungalow in Desa MOCCIS were completed ahead of schedule through proper planning, management and deployment of resources. His 17 years' experience in the construction industry has been instrumental to the dynamism of the group. He is responsible for the day to day running of the group’s construction division.

KOH SENG WEE
Contracts Manager

A graduate from Universiti Sains Malaysia with a B.Sc. (Housing, Building and Planning), Mr. Koh has 10 years' experience in Quantity Surveying, claims and contracts. These include the construction of Lebohraya Kulai-Skudai Highway, residential, commercial and factory buildings. He is responsible for the smooth running of the Quantity Surveying Department of the group.

MICHAEL THONG MENG YEW
Manager - Trading Division

A  graduate from the University of Strathclyde, U.K.,  with a MsC in International Marketing, Mr.Michael Thong with his 22 years' experience in marketing of building materials both locally and internationally is heading the trading arm of the Group.  Under his leadership, Satujaya Trading has done many prestigious stone work jobs for international clients such as Hyatt, Sheraton, Hilton etc.  He is responsible for implementing marketing strategies and sales management of the Group's Trading Division. 

YONG NEN KEONG
Adminstration & Finance Manager

A Registered Accountant with the Malaysian Institute of Accountants, he is responsible for the financial functions and corporate affairs of the Group. He also holds a B.Bus. (Accountancy) from an Australian university.  He was formerly attached to an audit firm and later joined a property development company as a Finance and Administration Manager before joining the Group.

MICHAEL WONG
Manager – Project Development

A Degree holder from University of Northumbria, UK. Mr Michael Wong has various experiences in quantity surveying, property valuation and other works relating to property development. His responsibilities within the group are to co-ordinate, monitor and make sure the project development division runs smoothly.
